How to live a quality life (two day workshop)

 

The purpose of this course is to provide you with the knowledge and understanding of the principles on how to lead a quality life. People are asking many questions regarding the purpose and meaning of life. It is vitally important for maintaining your mental health and wellness that you understand the dynamics of human life and the principles involved on how to live a quality life.

The following modules will be presented:

1. Understanding the dynamics of human life: perspectives, paradigms and principles
2. How to fill your heart and mind with energy and meaning: your personal story
3. How to live, love, learn and leave a legacy: your calling
4. The power of making the right choices : your voice
5. The meaning of suffering and how to deal with pain and anger
6. Characteristics of maturity and optimal living
7. The way forward: How to apply the principles in practice

SOUTHERN COMMUNITY YOUTH CLUB


We started a youth club for kids from the age of 8 years to 16 years in South hills. We also registered the club as an NPO with the following name: Southern Community Youth Club Ref: 041 -530.

The club was mainly established for the disadvantaged kids in the area. We also welcome any other kid in the area that want to attend the workshops that we run. The club is there to keep the kids off the street and out of mischief. We do the following events at the club:

QUALITY OF LIFE / MOTIVATIONAL TALK

Frans Labuschagne has made it his life`s mission to study and understand  human behaviour under various circumstances.

ADVENTURE ADDICTS ANGELS

 

Adventure Addicts Angels is a Section 21 company with the main object of promoting charity and welfare.

 

The aim of the company is to identify and assist organisations or people in the community that are in desperate need of assistance of any kind. To raise funds, clothing, food and any other needs to assist these people as far as possible. This will take place on an ongoing basis.

 

Marlize’s next function will take place on the 5th of November. The function will take the form of an adventure-fun-day with various fun activities and entertainers provided throughout the day. The day will conclude with a dance. The function venue will be the Adventure Addicts Bush Lodge. All the profits raised will go towards the organisations discussed below.

MARLIZE BOSHOFF

 

Ethoslife has teamed with Marlize Boshoff to get involved in community work and thus strentghening the Ethoslife network.

 

Marlize has been selected as a Regional Finalist for Mrs South Africa 2006, owned by Susca Watts. Part of her duties as a finalist include, the raising of funds for welfare. She will achieve this through Adventure Addicts Angels.

 

Marlize arranges different workshops on her property for people in the community who do not have any kind of employment. Her aim is to train them in certain areas that will help them to support themselves and their family.
