must complete before describing your need/problem
or telling your story for which you require
counseling, mentoring or coaching. You will receive
a reply within 24 hours and you can follow the same
procedure again as regularly as you want to. You
will be requested to evaluate the service you
are receiving from time to time.
You can decide at any time to terminate the process
or to continue as long as the counsellor is
willing to continue free of charge. The counsellor
may at any time request a donation or payment first
before continuing with the service. It will be
entirely within your discretion to accept or reject
the conditions for a donation or payment depending
on your own assessment of the service that you have
received and the benefits thereof. If you want more
clarity or want to ask questions before proceeding

I
hereby acknowledge that I make use of this service
voluntarily and indemnify the on-line counsellor
against any claims or prosecution. The counseling
and mentoring I shall receive will be of a general
nature by a registered counsellor of the Council of
Counsellors S.A. and based on the information I
shall be submitting electronically.

Client further acknowledges that he/she is aware
that the counsellor is a facilitator/mentor or coach
and not a psychologist or social worker. The process
is founded on the principles of support, guidance
and comfort in order to empower the individual to
function optimally within his/her contexts and
group.
